Come on and take part in the UKs only multi day mountain challenge

Set over 3 days in a beautiful settinng near Bridgend in South Wales you can run, walk or crawl it as there is no time limit.  It is a tough challenge with some gnarly inclines and tough descents but it is acheivable by ALL.

Dont be fooled by the time of year South Wales (and in particular the area) has its own micro climate in Spring.

We have had in the past glorious sunshine to hail and snow!!!

We have reduced the entry fee for this event and again offer an Early Bird Payment Plan (up until 31st July 2023)

Saturday (10th)- 10km Trail (am) & 4km Night Trail (Optional)

Sunday (11th) 17km Trail
