Set over 3 days in a beautiful settinng inear Bridgend in South Wales you can run, walk or crawl it as there is no time limit and its for ALL abilities

Dont be fooled by the time of year South Wales (and in particular the area) has its own micro climate in Spring. Glorious sunshine to hail and snow!!!

ENTRY INCLUDES:

Friday - 8km Trail

Saturday - 10km Trail (am) & 4km Night Trail (Optional

Sunday - 17km Trail
